Wow, lucky you, you've stumbled upon yet another Harry Potter RPG.

The Setting

This RPG picks up where Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire left off. Voldemort has returned to power and is assembling all Death Eaters once more. The lines have been drawn and wizards have chosen their sides. Be prepared for an all-out war.

Important!! No more Slytherin student applications will be accepted at the current time (Except for those that were taken before and have become available). Slytherin alums are welcome, however. There's just too many Slytherin students, compared to other houses.

The Rules

1) You must be of legal consent in your country or Amber(chibullz7), Kim(xinvaderkimx), and Dorothy(justapresence) must know you from one of the RPGs they're in if you are not of age. Reasons for this should be obvious.

2) Slash is allowed, but not required. For those of you who have something against it, try another RPG. The characters and, in some cases, the players in this RP sometimes deal with issues you may or may not be comfortable with. If you don't like foul language or same-sex/same-family relationships, this may not be for you.

3) Each player is required to provide an LJ account for their character. Each player must also have an AIM sn for private RP IMs and for group AIM chats.

4) Your character should update their journal AT LEAST once a week and participate by making comments in other characters' journals. The number of group chats per week shall be decided at a later time. Participation is KEY, for it is not fair to more active players. If you will be away for a lengthened amount of time, you are expected to contact one of the mods, or after two weeks of unexplained inactivity, you WILL BE removed and your character's spot will be back up for grabs.

5) No TyPiNg LiKe ThIs will be allowed. Nor shall any annoying abbreviations such as "ur", "u", "2", "kewl". It only takes an extra second to type out the full words, so don't be lazy.

6) Players shall only be allowed *ONE* character for the time being, unless otherwise approved by the mods. (For example, if we know you from another RP.) Multiple characters will be allowed after you've proven yourself to be a good and active member of the RPG. Established RPers may have up to THREE characters in the RPG. RPers that have PROVEN themselves to update REGULARLY, may have up to FOUR characters.

7) No original characters will be allowed for the time being. Only characters mentioned in the books are up for grabs. Obviously, we'll be needing more Death Eaters soon, so they'll be the first group up for original characters.

8) DO NOT SAY ANOTHER CHARACTER DID SOMETHING IF IT HASN'T BEEN RPed OR AGREED UPON BY THAT CHARACTER'S PLAYER. That will be grounds for immediate removal from the RPG.

9) If your character does something deemed to be OOC for that character, you will be given notice and if it happens again, you will be removed from the RPG. More under-developed characters are available, if you're unsure of how to portray a canon character. For example, Harry is NOT a whiny, unsure person.

10) If the mods give you a code, then you are expected to give them a code after your account has been active for a week, so they may pass it on to other people who wish to be in the RP.

11) The deaths of any characters must be approved by the mods first. If you choose to kill off a character without asking us, it will be voided. If you are just killing them off to leave the community, then you hand the rights to that character back over to us and they will be replaced.

12) RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

How to Join

Send an email to Amber, with RPG as the subject. Include your information (email, personal AIM sn, name, and experience in RPGs) and your character's information (name, biography, traits, etc. and a sample journal entry). Amber, Kim, and Dorothy shall decide who gets to join.

The Community Journal

Morsmorde's journal is to be used for OOC comments, questions, messages from the mods, and ideas.

Once you've been accepted into the the community, please make a post in the community journal with your information (name, email, AIM sn, and anything you'd like to add) and your character's information (name, AIM sn, and anything you'd like to add).
